Gundam turns 30

Is the 30th Anniversary of Gundam, the famous mecha robot, and there’s a 1:1 Gundam RX-78-2 figure at Odaiba Park, Tokyo, to celebrate it. Even more, a taiwanese/chinese fan (?) has decorated a Gundam figure into this:
